Purpose of The Onesimos Partnership

Mundane /ˈmʌndeɪn,mʌnˈdeɪn/ adjective: lacking interest or excitement; dull.

Can we escape from letting MUNDANE creep into what we do daily?

All of us do things for different reasons. And we do these things with varying degrees of effort.

When we use our natural talents, innate skills and experiences to complete a task, it seems less of an effort than when we don't. This is when we are performing from our strengths. Knowing these strengths can help us to perform, achieve and produce at our BEST.

Many of us are tripped up by procrastination. All of us find certain tasks 'unpleasant' or 'not interesting'. It feels this way because what motivates us - the reasons we do something - does not sit well with us. But knowing what drives us can release the energy to achieving our accomplishments. It can give us insights into the WHY of what we do.

The Onesimos Partnership works with you to discover what drives and motivates you; and what are your strengths that help you achieve your BEST.

Strength-based assessment

The Onesimos Partnership uses Gallup's CliftonStrength.

"The people with the talent for the distinct job aspects have an intrinsic ability to do them and, when coached, do them with excellence. When managers encourage employees to use their strengths and talents to achieve a goal, individual engagement improves (from 9% to 15%) as does team performance and the company's business metrics as well. Indeed, Gallup studies have found 8% to 18% performance improvement and 2% to 10% increases in customer engagement among strengths-based organizations."

The CliftonStrengths assessment identifies a person's natural talents and capacities to perform at excellence. It's a development tool - the more you use your strengths, the stronger they get - and a means of tailoring talent to task and improving performance.

Performance Coaching

Employing Gallup's Clifton's Strength-Finder & MCode's Motivational Code, we help individuals perform at their best.

We help individuals raise their leadership and influence, bring about change towards a better future at their workplace, in their families and the communities they live in.

Financial Coaching

Each of us approach money with different attitudes, value systems, beliefs and habits.

When a couple comes together to grow their assets and build their wealth, it is important to understand each other's approach to managing finances.

The Onesimos Partnership helps couples and families build strong relationships whilst building their wealth.

The good life consists in deriving happiness by using your signature strengths every day in the main realms of living. The meaningful life adds one more component: using these same strengths to forward knowledge, power or goodness.
